We do not ship to the following islands: Azores, Faroe, Madeira, Corsica, Sardinia, Isle of Man.

Deadlines always subject to the correct and normal operation and logistical development of the preparation and shipping process and the volume of orders existing at any given time.

Shipping costs will be free for purchases amounting to more than €45 in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Orders and Returns

1. Proceso de compra

Once your purchase is complete, after choosing your desired products, completing the checkout process and making your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the indicated address as proof that the transaction was completed successfully.

If you do not receive this e-mail and have doubts as to whether your purchase was successful or not, please contact us at info@wakknox.com and we will be happy to help you.

Once your order is received, it will be processed in the most diligent way possible. Once the shipment leaves for its destination, you will receive a notification via SMS or email from the corresponding courier company providing you with information about the delivery. If the shipment does not arrive within the established period or you have doubts about the status of your order, please contact us at postventa@wakknox.com.

2. ¿De qué formas de pago dispongo?

We accept secure forms of payment with credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), PayPal and Bizum.

3. Impuestos Aplicables

The price of the marketed products is indicated next to the descriptive sheet of each one of them and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.

4. ¿Cómo dar seguimiento a mi pedido?

The courier company will send you an email or an SMS with the tracking to follow the order once it has been prepared and leaves the warehouse according to the preparation and shipping deadlines. 

5. ¿Cómo puedo cambiar mi pedido?

To make any changes to your order, contact postventa@wakknox.com as soon as possible.

Changes will not be accepted once the order has left the warehouse.

6. ¿Puedo devolver un producto?

If the product you receive is not what you expected or how you expected it, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product. You just have to contact us at this email postventa@wakknox.com, and our customer service team will inform you and advise you to solve it as soon as possible.

Payments for returns will be made using the payment method you used to place the order. Only the price of the sunglasses will be paid once we have received them in our warehouse and checked their condition. The return costs are free for you.

7. ¿Qué hacer si tengo una incidencia con mi pedido?

Our Customer Service team is available to solve any incident related to your order. To contact us, send us an email to postventa@wakknox.com indicating your order number.

Warranty

1. ¿De qué garantía dispongo en relación con los productos?

Our products are guaranteed for three (3) years from the date of purchase. If any of the orders you have purchased presents a manufacturing defect within this period, please contact us at postventa@wakknox.com

Cares

1. ¿Cómo cuido mis gafas de sol?

Although our sunglasses are of high quality and resistant, we recommend that you do not leave them upside down and do not store them without a case, as the lenses could suffer some deterioration or be scratched.

We also recommend that you avoid leaving them too long in a place where they receive direct sunlight or are exposed to high temperatures for a long period of time.

For cleaning, it is best to use a soft microfiber cloth in addition to always using the protective case to transport them. Cleaning the lenses with water or other liquid could damage them.

2. ¿Son las gafas y las lentes de calidad?

All WAKKNOX sunglasses are classified in category 3 and have UV400 protection, which protects your eyes 100% from ultraviolet rays. In addition, most of our lenses are polarized, which reduces the reflection of the sun on shiny surfaces, thus offering better vision, protection and comfort. Likewise, all WAKKNOX glasses have the certificates of the European Union.

3. Gafas de sol polarizadas vs gafas de sol no polarizadas

Unlike non-polarized sunglasses, polarized glasses are designed to filter out certain types of light while allowing other types of light to show through. Specifically, they are designed to filter light reflected from horizontal surfaces, while allowing light reflected from vertical surfaces to pass through. In this way, vision without eye fatigue is obtained.
