User registration will not be required to access the website. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by WAKKNOX, the User’s registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.
Through the Website, WAKKNOX offers WAKKNOX brand sunglasses to Users.
These WAKKNOX Terms and Conditions, described below, define the rights and obligations of WAKKNOX and the Users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the website (without prejudice to the fact that for certain services there may be particular conditions) and to the contracting of orders through the website and replace any other conditions, except prior agreement and in writing between WAKKNOX and the User.
User Data.

In order to contract a WAKKNOX order, the User must be over 18 years of age.
To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and that will be necessary to be able to manage their purchase order.
Price, payment method and discount codes.
Once the data on the form has been completed, the User must proceed to pay for the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.
The forms of payment accepted are card payment, PayPal and Bizum.

Return of defective product and right of withdrawal.
Returns for manufacturing defects.
The consumer and user may return to WAKKNOX, free of charge, any product that is defective for a period of three (3) years from the date the product was received. Taking into account the nature of the products purchased, the consumer and user will have a period of two (2) months from when they became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify WAKKNOX. by sending an email to the address postventa@wakknox.com, indicating the defective product or products, attaching photographs and other evidence that demonstrate the defects or lack of conformity of the products, as well as a detailed list of the defects observed, the purchase order and any other additional documentation that allows identifying the purchase made by the consumer and user.
Once WAKKNOX has received the communication from the consumer and user and has analyzed the incident through its Quality Department, it will inform you as soon as possible if the return of the product is appropriate or not, objectively attending to the nature of the product or the nature of the alleged lack of conformity or defect. In the event that the return is appropriate, WAKKNOX will indicate to the consumer and user the way in which to send the defective product to its warehouses. The address will be the following:

However, WAKKNOX will not, in any case, be responsible for the products that are returned without having proceeded by the consumer and user in accordance with the process detailed above.
Each product to be returned must be unused or, in the event that the defect is appreciated after normal and daily use, in the best possible condition, and must be returned together with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory items that came with it. If the consumer and user do not proceed in this way, WAKKNOX and, in particular, its Quality Department, will have to objectively assess the incident, determining whether the product is defective based on its nature and the nature of the alleged lack of conformity. or defect.
WAKKNOX informs the consumer and user that, based on the characteristics of the products, their repair generally cannot be carried out because it would be disproportionate. In the event that, due to the characteristics of the specific product and the defect, its repair is possible, the consumer and user will be expressly informed of this circumstance, giving them the possibility of choosing between replacement or repair.
In accordance with the foregoing, the consumer and user may replace the defective product with another of identical characteristics, not incurring any expense for the replacement of the product. If it is not possible to replace the defective product with another with identical characteristics, you will be offered the possibility of choosing a new similar model.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the consumer and user chooses, as appropriate, will be made within three (3) to five (5) business days following the date on which WAKKNOX will confirm to the consumer and user the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
In the event that the repair of the product could not be carried out and that the replacement of the product was not in accordance with the contract, the consumer and user may choose to terminate the contract.
WAKKNOX informs consumers and users that the term for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the consumer and user would have used when purchasing the product:
- If the consumer and user have made the payment by credit/debit card, WAKKNOX will refund the amount paid within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from when the consumer and user decided to terminate the contract.
- If the consumer and user have made the payment through PayPal, WAKKNOX will refund the amount paid within twenty-four (24) – forty-eight (48) business hours from when the consumer and user decided to terminate the contract.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer and user will have the right to cancel the order placed remotely without giving a reason, during a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the correct receipt of the product. The consumer and user may send the entire order or, if they prefer, they may send any of the products that make up the total order, and all of this, without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
The consumer and user will be responsible for the direct cost of the return to WAKKNOX, whether they return the entire order or decide to return only some of the products in the order.

WAKKNOX is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer and user hires to return the order. In this regard, WAKKNOX recommends the consumer and user to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the offices of WAKKNOX, so that the consumer and user are aware that the product has been correctly delivered to WAKKNOX. WAKKNOX is not responsible for the address where the consumer and user sends the order for its return if it is different from those indicated. WAKKNOX may request the consumer and user to send said proof of delivery in order to verify it.
The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the consumer and user.
The product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the consumer and user do not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the consumer and user accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that WAKKNOX may reject the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and Username.
Once WAKKNOX verifies that the order is in optimal conditions, WAKKNOX will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the consumer and user.
If the consumer and user decides to return the order in full, WAKKNOX will return to the consumer and user all the amounts that he had paid (including the shipping costs related to the delivery of WAKKNOX to the consumer and user).
If the consumer and user only wished to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, WAKKNOX will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the consumer and user has paid for the entire order.

WAKKNOX does not support the exchange between a product purchased by the consumer and user for another product that is offered on the Website.
